The Simple Steps To A Healthier Life® program makes it easy for you to improve or maintain your health in ways that fit your lifestyle. It can help you eat better, lose weight, get in shape, relieve stress and more.

Answer a few questions and get an action plan

In just 20 minutes, you can complete the Simple Steps online health assessment. You’ll get an action plan that shows you steps you can take to improve your health. Your plan will even include free online wellness programs.
